These terms apply when you use growtechorganic.com or buy from Growtech Organic Farm, Khasra No. 396, Gali no 40, Asgarpur, Sector 128, Noida ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Products

• We sell saffron, moringa and sea buckthorn foods and drinks, gummies, honey, and saffron skincare.
• Product photos are for illustration. Natural products can vary slightly in colour, size and aroma from batch to batch.
• Pack sizes, ingredients and storage instructions are on each product page and on the label. Please read the label before use.

2. Health and wellness information

Our food and wellness products are not medicines. They are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Wellness benefits described on the site are traditional or general uses, and results vary from person to person. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medicine or have a medical condition, consult a doctor first. Patch-test skincare before regular use, and stop using any product that causes irritation.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
• We may change prices or offers at any time. The price at the time you place your order applies.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partners. Cash on delivery is offered only where it is shown at checkout.

4. Orders

• Your order is confirmed once we send an order confirmation.
• We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price or listing error is found, payment fails, or the order looks fraudulent. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
• We may limit quantities per customer.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Your account

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Give us correct contact and delivery details so we can deliver your order.

7. Use of the website

Do not misuse the site, try to break its security, or copy its content for commercial use. All text, images, logos and the Growtech name belong to Growtech Organic Farm and may not be used without our written permission.

8. Liability

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes or courier disruptions. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the date of your order applies to that order.
