• Payment details: payments are handled by our payment partners. We do not see or store your full card, UPI PIN or net-banking details.
• Website data: device and browser type, pages visited and cookies that keep your cart and login working.

2. How we use it

• To process, ship and deliver your orders and handle returns or refunds.
• To send order updates by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
• To answer your questions and give support.
• To send offers and news, only if you have agreed. You can opt out at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is needed with:

• our store platform (Dukaan), which hosts this website;
• payment gateways, to process payments;
• courier and logistics partners, to deliver your order;
• government or law-enforcement authorities, when the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Other data is kept only as long as it is needed for the purposes above.
