At Growtech Organic Farm we want you to be happy with every order. Most of our products are food or wellness items, so whether a product can be returned depends on what it is.

1. Products that cannot be returned

For hygiene and food-safety reasons, edible and consumable products cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered. This includes:

• All saffron (Indoor-Grown Mogra, Kashmiri Mogra, Super Negin and Negin)
• Saffron Honey and Saffron Gummies
• Moringa teas, Moringa Powder and Moringa Gummies
• Sea Buckthorn tea, powder, juice and gummies

These products are still covered if they arrive damaged, defective, wrong or expired (see section 3).

2. Saffron Facewash and Saffron Face Serum: 10-day returns

You can return Saffron Facewash or Saffron Face Serum within 10 days of delivery if:

• the product is unused and unopened, with its seal intact, and
• it is in its original packaging.

Opened or used skincare can only be returned if it is damaged, defective or not what you ordered.

3. Damaged, defective, wrong or expired items (all products)

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, tampered with, expired, with an item missing, or with the wrong product, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Send your order ID and clear photos (an unboxing video helps). Once we have checked, we will send a free replacement or give a full refund, including shipping. You pay nothing to send these items back.

4. How to request a return

Email hello@growtechorganic.com with your order ID, the product, the reason and photos. We reply within 2 working days and arrange the pickup if a return is needed. Please contact us before sending anything back.

5. Refunds

• We inspect returned items within 2 working days of receiving them.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• For cash-on-delivery orders, we refund by UPI or bank transfer.
• For change-of-mind returns, the original shipping charge is not refunded.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund until it is dispatched. Email us with your order ID. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled, and the return rules above apply.
